MARCing Progress: Empowering Hispanic Men as Advocates for Equity Breakfast

This session draws inspiration from the MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) program, designed to inspire and equip Hispanic men to play a pivotal role in advancing equity. Rooted in research-based experiential learning, the session disrupts traditional diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) approaches by emphasizing the importance of gender partnership. Attendees will engage in insightful discussions and interactive activities aimed at equipping them to actively advocate for equity within their workplaces and communities. The session not only encourages men to support and sponsor women's efforts but also emphasizes the power of partnership across gender lines.
