Emerging Executive Program

The HITEC Emerging Executive Program (EEP) is a 9-month cohort-based initiative designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Hispanic executives. As the only national platform dedicated focused on the professional growth of Hispanic technology leaders, EEP provides participants with the tools, insights, and connections they need to excel in leadership roles.  

To date, 621 fellows have completed the program, advancing their careers and contributing to a thriving community of Hispanic professionals in technology. The program empowers participants to become architects of their own growth, cultivating the skills and vision needed to navigate and thrive in an ever-evolving global landscape.

Board Readiness Program

The Board Readiness Program is designed for HITEC’s senior technology executives who are seeking to enhance their understanding of the boardroom and have an interest in positioning themselves as candidates for a corporate board seat.

Over the course of the program, participants gain insight into emerging boardroom trends and leading practices. Participants have networking opportunities with HITEC’s members who are currently serving on corporate boards.
