Emerging Executive Program

Cultivating Leadership

About the Program

Since 2014, HITEC has been dedicated to developing the next generation of Hispanic technology leaders through our Emerging Executive Program (EEP). To date, 621 fellows have completed the program, advancing their careers and contributing to a thriving community of Hispanic professionals in technology.

The EEP program is a 9-month cohort-based initiative designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Hispanic executives. As the only national platform focused on the professional growth of Hispanic technology leaders, EEP provides participants with the tools, insights, and connections they need to excel in leadership roles.

Mentorship: The Blueprint of Success

A cornerstone of EEP's success is the dedication of our mentors, including HITEC Board members, who volunteer their time to foster meaningful, unbiased mentoring relationships.
