As a Managing Director in Accenture’s Technology Growth Platform (TGP), Tony Diaz has pioneered a broad range of programs, advising multinational organizations to help transform their human resource IT systems and business processes into high performance global operations.
For more than 18 years, Mr. Diaz has managed implementations of large-scale software applications, and led one of Accenture’s first-ever combined application outsourcing, business process outsourcing and infrastructure outsourcing HR transformation programs.
In 2012, Mr. Diaz took on his current role as Capability Lead for Accenture’s North America Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) practice, spearheading the company’s Oracle HCM Software as a Service (SaaS) growth initiative. In addition, Mr. Diaz serves as Faculty and Technology Sponsor for Accenture’s training initiatives focused on Hispanic and African American employees.
He supports Skills to Succeed – Accenture’s global corporate citizenship initiative. In this role, Mr. Diaz has sponsored initiatives in the Philadelphia Area, including activities with the United Way and a 2013 summer program with icouldbe.org mentoring program, which guides economically disadvantaged students in building personalized pathways to success. He is also a 2013 Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC) Top 100 Most Influential Hispanics in Information Technology honoree.
Mr. Diaz lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and two daughters. He holds a B.S. in Finance from LaSalle University.
